Justin
R. Taylan who along with Michael J. Claringbould created the CD-ROM
Pacific Ghosts Volume 1. I received a copy and can say that I
found it awesome. Justin along with his grandfather a WWII combat
photographer, spent some time in 2000 visiting our old airfields
and wreck sites, in New Guinea and remote islands to bring you
these revelations.
Pacific
Ghosts presents exclusive ground breaking views of warbirds resting
in swamps and jungles. Some intact, other less so, including 39th's
Richard 'Snuffy' Smith's
P-38 Japanese Sandman II.
The
disc highlights thirty wrecks, each a historical treasure. Claringbould
and Taylan have included the wreck of "Hell'N Pelican II"
that made a forced landing on the 5th AF's "Black Sunday"
mission.
If
you have a computer with a CD-Rom and have any interest in these
legacies, you'll want a copy of Pacific Ghosts email info@pacificghosts.com
