Ghosts
Occasionally a remarkable product emerges
which is truly unique. The New York company Balus Productions
has just released the CD ROM titled Pacificghosts. There is hours
and hours of unique material here, all associated with surviving
aircraft wrecks in the Pacific. What is so remarkable about the
ROM is that it also includes color wartime photography, voice
commentary, live video of jungle wrecks, hundreds of associated
wartime photos, and historical text which is clearly the most
accurate material ever assembled on this Subject. The company
spent millions putting this product together and it is easy to
see why. Their travel budget alone would have bought QANTAS. There
are lots of intact wrecks on this ROM never seen before, and the
producers get 100% for turning over every stone. For USD $26.50
this is easily the best wartime nostalgia CD ROM on the international
