B-25H's 75mm Cannon
All three of the Pacific air forces - the Fifth, Seventh, and Thirteenth - would come to use B-35Hs. Here we see ground crew cleaning and oiling the barrel of the 75mm cannon of Pride of the Yankees, a B-25H serving with the 41st Bombardment Group of the Seventh Air Force. Notice the 'hood" being raised on the B-25H in the background. Servicing the guns on the H models was relatively easy, being so easy to access.
