Pacific Ghosts

1st Airfield Construction Squadron [Site Down]
Peter Haley's excellent RAAF Combat Flight Simulator site.  Currently includes a large number of RAAF CFS2 aircraft textures, and will soon host some CFS2 sceneries.

MaskRider: New Perspective on the Pacific Theater [Site Down]
Chris Westervelt and Lindsay Watt's website devoted to recreating Second World War Pacific airfields.  These are some of the best fields I have seen for CFS2.  Also includes scenery for the Spanish Civil War and Vietnam eras.

LW Designs
Lindsay Watt's website where you can download new Pacific scenery, repaints, clouds and ships (HMAS Krait, HMAS Hobart and HMAS Canberra).

Rebuffat Planes
Paul Rebuffat's French site, where a large number of GMAX Spitfire models can be downloaded.  Includes aircraft from the RAF, RAAF and USAAF as well as a few German Bf-109s and a Russian Li-2T.

Sim-Outhouse
Your one stop Combat Flight Simulator mall.  This site is home to one of the largest CFS, CFS2 and CFS3 file collections available on the Internet today.  Download additions which include aircraft, scenery, sounds and much, much more!

CFS Terrain
More realistic terrain textures for Combat Flight Simulator 2.  Overwrites most of the original files and is very simple to install.  Definately worth a look.

RAAF Expansion Pack for CFS2
In Defence of Australia is one of the best CFS2 campaign/expansions out there.  It covers 75 Squadron's involvement in defending Port Moresby during the early stages of the Pacific war.  Expansion pack includes 14 missions from the Australian side, 14 from the Japanese side, two RAAF P-40Es and a Japanese AI G3M2 "Nell".

AVG BR2 Planes
Download over 12 different P-40B Tomahawk aircraft of the AVG Flying Tigers, as well as a Nakajima Ki-27 "Nate", a Mistubishi Ki-21 "Sally" and a Brewster Buffalo Mk. I

The Dogpatch Crew
Korean War era add-ons for Combat Flight Simulators 2 and 3.

Pacific Wreck Database CFS2 Review
Review of Microsoft's Combat Flight Simulator 2 written by Daniel Leahy, appearing on the Pacific Wreck Database website.

Target Rabaul
A new massively multiplayer flight simulator based around the 1942-1943 battles in New Guinea and the Solomon Islands.  Includes a large number of regular and some of the more unusual Japanese and Allied aircraft.  (Note, this is not a CFS2 add-on, but an entirely new simulation).
