A-20 Wreckage
This aircraft crashed as it was making a strafing attack on Japanese troops and supplies on Muschu Island. The crew was under training and officially attached to the 8th Service Group which was part of the Combat Replacement Training Centre, based at Nadzab. The aircraft still carried the colourful nose-art, and was named Shag On, from its days with the 386th Bombardment Squadron. Return to Digital Video
