We have commissioned Michael Claringbould, Pacific Aviation Expert and President of Aerothentic Publications to provide as much historical information as possible on each wreck site.Meticulously researched and written, this is not the dry military style report we are accustomed to in military narratives. Michael weaves historical facts with the smallest details of what individuals were thinking and doing. Furthermore, Michael’s research sources span five decades.
For some Japanese aircraft, their history will be forever incomplete due to lack exact identity and/or official records of their losses. In tracing each aircraft’s history nothing has been assumed. In the case of the aircraft below the viewer will be surprised to read the truth and the many twists of fate that surrounded these wrecks, their crews and the missions they undertook
On our Pacificghosts CD, you will find true tales of combat, heroism and aviation that are in some cases close to unbelievable, more far-fetched a Hollywood script writer could dream. Unbelievable as they may seem, they are all true, and documented!
